Summer Internship Program
This
program is designated for undergraduates who seek to gain
on-the-job experience in technical and non- technical
disciplines. The duration of the summer internship varies
depending on the undergraduates’ requirements but normally for a
period of 8-12 weeks during the month of June-August every year.
They will be assigned to different parts of the organization and
work locations according to their specialties/disciplines and
the objectives of the internship. During the training, the
undergraduates will be introduced to the Group’s work
environment and provided with the necessary job knowledge and
skills to prepare them for the future. (Applications are
accepted from January annually).

Graduate Development Program
The
Graduate Development Program is tailored for fresh graduates who
join the Group on a full-time employment. It consists of a two
year program that provides on and off-the-job learning and
development in the technical and non-technical disciplines. The
objective of the program is to enable the Graduate Staff to
quickly develop the required knowledge and skills in the early
stages of their career, and that allows them to assume an
established role and contribute effectively to the business in
the fastest possible time. After completion of the training and
development program and evaluation of the graduate’s
performance, they will be placed in appropriate jobs.
