First established in 1982 as MB Trading, within a few years MB Petroleum grew to become one of the largest oilfield services companies in the Middle East. The core business of MB Petroleum is drilling and workover services, well testing, drilling fluids, mud logging, wireline services, coiled tubing, nitrogen & pumping services, and completion services. Depending on the client's requirements, MB Petroleum can provide services on a stand-alone basis or as an integrated package of services, taking full responsibility of the field throughout its life cycle.

To ensure the integrity of the equipment, support oilfield operations and maintain the quality of assets, MB Petroleum Services has invested in establishing large workshops, attached to its operations in Oman, Syria, Yemen, Germany and Hungary.
