We spend a substantial sum in educating
young Omanis besides encouraging the hiring
of fresh talent and providing them hands-on
training opportunities in areas ranging from
oilfield business to finance, IT and human
resources.
Our company and employees have been
recognized nationally for our commitment to
improving the quality of life in our
communities. For example, recent honours
have included the Ministry of Manpower’s
Omanisation Award for outstanding
contributions to the well-being of Omanis,
in terms of providing job and training
opportunities.
