MB-Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy
MB Petroleum Services is fully committed to maintain high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental performance across all our business activities. We recognize that the protection of the health and safety of the people who work for us, and of the environment in which we operate is fundamental to the success of the company therefore we shall strive to:

MB HSE Management System
Health, Safety and the Environment have always been strong and valued aspects of MB Petroleum’s operations. The HSE Management system of the company therefore made it in line with OHSAS 18001 and externally accredited.
MB Petroleum has built a sustainable HSE Culture through visible management commitment, increasing our employees’ HSE awareness, analyzing all identified hazards, improving the competence of our staff, and strengthening our preventative maintenance programs. MB Petroleum is continually striving to improve its HSE performance.
The HSE management system effectively implements many renowned and proven HSE tools such as HARCP (Hazards and Risk Control Program), SBO (Safe behavior Observation Program), PTW (Permit to work), LSRs (Life-Saving Rules), JSA (Job Safety Analysis) SVP (self verification Program), COW (control of Work) etc. and the entire QHSE programs are managed to custom made software named “Aegis”.
MB Petroleum has a policy to develop and promote staff with potential from within the organization. The company runs competence development program in line with IADC model to develop MB supervisors, abilities to adequately lead their teams and improve safety performance, quality and productivity.
